Final Sale Policy - No Returns or Refunds

Once an order is placed and processed, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

Defective or Damaged Products - Strict Conditions

In the rare event that your ObsidianGrip arrives completely non-functional or defective upon arrival, you must contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. If the product is confirmed by our team to be defective, we will offer a replacement or refund.
